Music Site Gaon revealed it's rankings for the top 10 songs of the year from January to November. Girl Group Miss A topped the charts and claimed first position with their debut single Good Girl Bad Girl. Next is Solo Singer IU with 2AM's Seulong's Duet ''Nagging''. 3rd place was claimed by MC Mong's single ''Because It Hurts To Death''. 4th place is none other that Girl Group Girls' Generation's hit song Oh! Claiming the other 6 positions are Wonder Girls - “2 Different Tears”, Homme by Hitman Bang – “Still Eating Well”, 2NE1 – “Go Away”, Hot Potato – “Confession”, Davichi – “Time Please Stop” And 2AM – “Can’t Send You Even If I Die”.
As you see, half of the groups on the list are girl groups. This proves that girl groups are doing great this year. :)
